When will my order be delivered?

Delivery depends on the destination and product. Standard United States delivery is estimated at 12-20 days. Some products have their own delivery estimate: Latex Oni Masks to the United States are listed at 4-13 days, products specifically listed as USA Shipping at 7-9 days, and Premium Fiberglass Oni Masks at 11-25 days. For other destinations, the standard ranges are 13-20 days for Australia, 14-20 days for Canada, 14-25 days for the United Kingdom, 12-20 days for Finland, Sweden, and Norway, 10-20 days for France and the Netherlands, and 12-60 days for other destinations. If a product page shows a specific delivery estimate, that estimate takes priority for that item. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered transit cannot be canceled.

How do I return an item?

To request a return, contact us within 30 days after receiving your order. Discounted pricing does not automatically make an item final sale. Eligible items must meet the requirements in our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are normally the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my tracking is not updating?

Tracking can occasionally pause while a package moves between carriers, customs, or distribution centers. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will help you check the shipment.
