Shipping Policy
Shipping is free worldwide unless a product or checkout page states otherwise.
Delivery estimates
The estimates below are our standard delivery ranges. If a specific product or collection displays a different delivery estimate, that product-specific estimate takes priority for that item.

Some destinations, including certain African countries, can take approximately 45-65 days.
Dispatch times
Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Custom, made-to-order, or temporarily unavailable products may require up to 7 days before dispatch.
Multiple items and fulfillment locations
Products may be fulfilled from different locations or by different fulfillment partners. If an order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, weather, logistics disruptions, and other events outside our control can extend delivery times.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered transit cannot be canceled. After delivery, eligible items can be handled under our Refund Policy.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you can use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation on our Track Orders page. If tracking does not update for an extended period, please contact us.
