Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with any original tags and packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, email us at helpteamatyourservice@gmail.com or use our Contact Us page before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Sale and discounted items

A discounted or compare-at price does not automatically make an item final sale. Sale-priced products follow the same return eligibility rules unless a product is specifically identified as final sale on its product page before purchase.

Custom or personalized items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return when this is clearly stated on the product page. If such an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photos where appropriate so we can review the issue and provide the next steps.

Return shipping

For standard eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise. If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will advise you on the appropriate return or resolution process.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
